Proven Success & Innovation

eCommerce logistics isn’t just one thing. From how the product (and shipping) is displayed at checkout, through warehousing, fulfillment, delivery, returns and all the touches in between – we have you covered.

With over 15 years experience in the logistics and ecommerce space, Rich has seen it all. Having started holding various roles in the freight audit and brokerage space, Rich first cut his teeth in ecommerce where he joined then FiftyOne (Borderfree) as a logistics operator. As the company grew so did he, creating and leading hub operations, transportation, compliance and various other operational teams. Rich has opened over 10 facilities in 5 countries and worked with over 70 carrier and transportation providers. To further test his skills, he moved into Business Operations assisting the GM before finding a home in Product Management, where he served as Vice President responsible for the building and go-to-market of Pitney Bowes’ Cross Border Delivery Service (>$250M).

As a result of consistent years of double-digit growth in ecommerce, there has been an influx in investment – leading to consolidation via acquisitions to both the shippers and delivery agents, leaving companies struggling with scale and profitability. On the other hand, AI and the development of routing data has created a new wave of delivery providers that can provide local delivery at a fraction of the price of the traditional carriers. The goal of 3Y is to improve the accessibility of these local (and international) delivery providers to shippers of all shapes and sizes.
